I'm not fan of having my phone out when walking. I think it's years of walking with Annie and I had to pay attention to what was ahead of us. Annie didn't like raccoons so if I even thought one was head of us, I would go in another direction. I also had to be aware of other dogs and people. Not that Annie would react but if they weren't paying attention we were coming down the street, they would and then Annie would go into protection mode. I'm very surprised how many people here are walking glued to their phones. With the increase in muggings here, it's just not a wise thing to do at all!
