OK, paper quilling is not my thing. Most the stuff I've seen done with thas techinque is very old school and not in the nice way. Well this very talent artist, Yulia Brodskaya took paper quilling to a whole new level. She is a freelance artist and you've probably seen her work but never realized it was paper quilling.
