Since my dehydrator lives at Buzz's house I decided to give it a try.
It was a total failure as I can only guess the tray shelves aren't level. I did level the outside of the dehydrator but that wasn't enough. The honey slipped over to one side and dripped down creating a hot mess. Not 100% sure it's worth the time (takes two days to dry) to try it again.
