My hubby and daughter went abalone diving this past weekend. Yes, my daughter is handling live sea urchins along with some abalone. Sea Urchin is very tasty when it's "fresh fresh". Even a few hours old it loses a lot of it's favor and gets that nasty fishy taste. It great to see that all those family camping trips when our kids were little are paying off. Both of them love to camp and dive.
