When I'm going to be gone for awhile, I make Annie a peanut butter treat. I put peanut butter in one of her beef bones. I swear she hopes I will be leaving so she can have her treat. She's a smart dog and has figured out she can get her treat faster if I don't have to look for her bones in the backyard. She now leaves her bones by the back door.
