My good friend Patty (the baby quilt maker) collects sewing thimbals. She's always looking for ways to display them. Her one requirement has been it has to be an enclosed case to keep them dust free. Two came into the store and I quickly snap photos to send to her. I knew she wouldn't want the thimbles (this donor was a royal family fan) but the circle frame would be a hit. The interesting part for me was what was holding the timbals in the frame. We think it's for rings so the search is on to find a source for that.
