Today was a total food stuff day. Chef Alan Wong was here at Akiyama Wellness Center doing a food demo and book signing of his new cookbook " The Blue Tomatoes". Author and food historian Arnold Hiura is also here with his book "Kau Kau". This was a wonderful event. Tickets are still avaiable for the evening event at Hukilau Resturant if you feel like eating some super great food.
Wish our school lunches looked like that! I might eat them then! :)
